Pink floral and butterfly birthday card

I was guest designing in April for Craft Hoarder's Anonymous challenge blog. This card was my first attempt for the #6 challenge. Only...it really wasn't my style and I wasn't 100% pleased with it, so I did another one (here) that was more me.

The twist to the sketch was to use something old and something new.

The inside sentiment is from Thinking of You, a Card Greeting for Every Occasion, by Hinkler Books. The font is Honey Script.

And this was the sketch:

Material
Paper—cardstock, doily, Making Cards paper, s.e.i banner die-cut
Stamps/ink—Verve Small Phrases Happy Birthday, Versacolor black ink
Embellishments—ribbon, twine, button
Font—Honey Script
